Haana Medical ships prescribed treatments within 5-10 business days after completing an online consultation with a medical provider. We currently offer services in select locations. Due to the nature of compounded products, we do not accept returns. Read below to learn more.
SHIPPING
Our services are currently available across the U.S., specifically in Delaware, Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, Arizona, New Jersey, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Rhode Island, Utah, Georgia, Nevada, Massachusetts, Missouri, Iowa, Maryland, Ohio, Colorado, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Maine, Indiana, and Illinois.
Once you are approved for the weight management program through our partner provider network, you can expect to receive your prescribed treatment within 5-10 business days. Please note that your treatment will only be processed and shipped after you have completed an online visit with a medical provider and received clearance for treatment. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.
Please be aware that Haana Medical is not responsible for delivery addresses entered incorrectly. We kindly ask you to verify your delivery address in your portal. If you require assistance, feel free to reach out to us at contact@haanamedical.com.
REFUNDS
Due to the nature of compounded products, we do not accept returns. If your package is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, we may require certain evidence. Please note that all decisions regarding replacements or refunds are at the company’s discretion.
